About SimplyAccess.net SimplyAccess.net is run by Synstral Business Software HB, a small family business, based near Gothenburg in the south west of Sweden. We sell via the internet but are a real people, with a real office overlooking a forest in the Swedish countryside. Our mission is to develop database applications for small businesses, and to provide a professional and personal service to our customers. Before setting up SimplyAccess.net, we were educated as engineers and professional business managers, and worked for many years in small manufacturing businesses. As managers, we found ourselves searching for simple MS Access databases that would do what just we needed to manage the business.
We often felt that we couldn't justify the expense of
the business software packages that we could find. They, although very impressive, had lots of features
that we didn’t need in a small business and couldn't justify paying for.
We struggled to find what we were looking for, but likewise couldn’t justify the time and
expense to develop our own databases whilst managing 101 other things as well! We set-up
SimplyAccess.net to provide simple-but-effective Microsoft Access databases
that don’t cost the earth. Our philosophy is to: ·
include the
basic functionality that most small businesses need – in an MS Access MDB file
that you can modify to suit your business ·
design
applications with a clear, easy-to-follow, layout that guides the user ·
build into our
applications the basic business management principle of
plan – do – check – act ·
not have management reports hidden away in menus that
you never see! Simply Orders and Invoices, our Order & Invoice
